This is an Attempt to Disrupt the Political Resolution of the Ukrainian Conflict, Says Zakharova

Allegations by several European countries that Russian drones have allegedly violated Polish airspace are an attempt to disrupt the political resolution of the Ukrainian conflict. This was stated by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.

Zakharova added that Poland's categorical refusal to participate in consultations proposed by the Russian Ministry of Defense regarding the situation with the drones reflects the complete disinterest of the collective West in verifying the real circumstances of the incident. She noted that such situations have repeated multiple times.

“The circumstances of what happened are still unclear; the necessary investigation has not been conducted, and convincing evidence has not been gathered, yet the guilty party has already been appointed. And that, of course, is Russia. This time, too, attempts to provoke Russia and accusations of intentional escalation are, as always, incorrect. No specific facts of malice attributed to our country have been provided,” emphasized the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
