UN Secretary-General Does Not Adhere to UN Charter, Lavrov
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has stated that the UN Secretary-General does not adhere to the UN Charter.
He added that the UN supports the Kyiv regime while turning a blind eye to its actions. “Moreover, the overall tone is being shaped in an anti-Russian direction,” declared the Russian foreign minister.
