Samvel Karapetyan's Lawsuit Against David Kalashyan: Details

Samvel Karapetyan's lawsuit against David Kalashyan, the president of the NGO "Powerful Mind, Powerful Armenia," was registered on September 10 by Arsen Gevorgi Hovhannisyan, a judge at the first instance of the general jurisdiction court in Lori region. This was reported by NEWS.am.

It was previously reported that Samvel Karapetyan filed a lawsuit in the Lori regional court against David Kalashyan, demanding that Kalashyan retract defamatory statements and compensate him with 6 million drams.

The lawsuit states that from August 13, 2025, to September 4, 2025, David Kalashyan posted videos and publications that raised questions about the business activities of Samvel Karapetyan, disseminating false information about Karapetyan’s failure to meet financial obligations and other circumstances.
