Publish the Peace Plan, Liars: Levon Zurabyan

Opposition Deputy Chairman Levon Zurabyan writes: "PUBLISH THE 2019 PEACE PLAN, WHICH YOU HAVE CONCEALED AND HIDDEN FROM THE PEOPLE, LIARS, PUBLISH IT! Yes, we demand the publication of the peace plan presented by the USA, France, and Russia in July 2019, which included provisions for the 'entry of the Russians into Nagorno-Karabakh'.

The parade of deceitful authorities continues. They shamelessly lie that the plan allegedly only provided for the return of 5 regions, while silencing the provision that Armenia retained control not only over all of Nagorno-Karabakh and the Lachin corridor (indefinitely) but also over all of Lachin and Kelbajar for as long as Armenia and Azerbaijan do not agree on the final status of Nagorno-Karabakh in already signed peace conditions, that is, essentially indefinitely – that they have not rejected the proposed plan, despite Nikol Pashinyan admitting in his August 23 speech that they rejected it. – that they have not hidden that plan from the people, while Pashinyan denied the existence of any new negotiation documents during 2019-2020. – that the same document has been on the negotiating table since 2016, but during Pashinyan's tenure, the document was significantly altered.

The entire interview is demagoguery and lies, which have irreparably become the essence of the Pashinyan regime. However, in consideration of the readers' interests, I will limit myself today to only these revelations. Publish the plan, liars, publish the text, not your lies about that text," wrote Zurabyan.
