Israel Secretly Purchased Large Quantities of American Weapons

U.S. lawmakers are seeking to advance legislation that would permit unlimited and unrestricted arms supplies to Israel. This is reported by the American portal Responsible Statecraft.

The issue pertains to the State Department's budget proposal for the upcoming fiscal year, which begins in the United States on October 1. The document includes a provision allowing for unlimited quantities of American weapons to be supplied to a special armory located in Israel.

According to the portal, the Jewish state has secretly purchased large amounts of American weaponry for bombing the Gaza Strip following a raid by radical Palestinian Hamas militants into Israeli territory on October 7, 2023, which resulted in the deaths of residents in border towns and the taking of more than 250 hostages.
