We Will Not Allow Violations Against Our Country: Egyptian President
Arab and Islamic countries must create a unified tool to respond to the challenges they face. This was stated by Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi during his speech today at the extraordinary summit of the Arab League and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in Doha.
“It is time to develop an Arab-Islamic mechanism to counter threats in the fields of security, politics, and economics. This will help us strengthen our current positions and take appropriate measures to resolve conflicts if necessary,” emphasized al-Sisi. His speech was broadcast on the Qatari TV channel Al Jazeera.
According to the Egyptian leader, the adversary must understand that every Arab and Islamic country from the Atlantic Ocean to the Persian Gulf is protected. “We will not allow violations of the sovereignty of our states and will not permit anyone to undermine our efforts to achieve peace,” the Egyptian president stressed.
