Neglected Park and 40 Million Debt: Bankruptcy Looms for 'Bright Dream'

Uncleaned areas, dried trees, and a state of disrepair. The Komitas Park, located in the heart of Yerevan, has remained neglected for years.

In a conversation with Auroranews, Yerevan City Hall stated that the reason for the park's condition is that it and the adjacent land of over 10,000 square meters have been leased to 'Bright Dream' LLC, managed by Harutyun Adibekyan, since 2015.

The company was obliged not only to pay rent and mandatory waste collection fees but also to ensure landscaping and maintenance. However, none of this has been carried out for years. More details in the video.
