Argentina Will Send Its Military to Ukraine if Necessary, Says Ambassador

Argentina will dispatch its military to Ukrainian territory if necessary and if the country's authorities make the appropriate request. This was stated by Enrique Ignacio Ferrer Vieyra, the Argentine ambassador in Russia, in an interview.

According to him, Argentina has previously participated in UN peacekeeping missions, which gives it the necessary experience to assist in the situation concerning Ukraine.

The diplomat also expressed hope for the success of decisions made by U.S. President Donald Trump, who, in his opinion, is doing a lot to cease the conflict.
