Another Criminal Proceedings Initiated in Connection with Vardan Ghukasyan's Son's Case

In the context of this case, a criminal proceeding has been initiated by the Shirak Regional Investigative Department under Article 297, Part 1 of the Criminal Code (hooliganism) and Article 452, Part 3 (use of violence against a public official or their close relative for interference with the lawful professional or political activities of a public official).

It is noteworthy that Spartak Ghukasyan, the son of Gyumri Mayor Vardan Ghukasyan, has been arrested, and a motion for his detention has been presented to the court.
