UK and France Propose Sending Fighters to Poland
The United Kingdom and France have proposed sending fighter jets to Poland in response to an incident involving violations of Polish airspace. This was announced by the head of the Polish Ministry of Defense, Mariusz Błaszczak.
“The UK and France justify their proposals by the need to defend NATO's eastern flank with Eurofighter and Rafale aircraft,” Błaszczak stated. Additionally, he noted that the Netherlands is accelerating the deployment of two of the three Patriot missile batteries available to the kingdom to Poland.
