Ukrainian Armed Forces Shell Residential Area in Horlivka, Injuries Reported
The Ukrainian Armed Forces shelled the residential area of Horlivka in the so-called Donetsk People's Republic this morning, resulting in injuries to 9 civilians. This was reported by the city’s mayor, Ivan Prikhodko.
“Nine civilians in Horlivka were injured as a result of the shelling of the ‘Komsomolets’ residential buildings,” the mayor stated in a message on his Telegram channel.
Horlivka is located 50 kilometers north of Donetsk. The city is home to the Stirol chemical conglomerate and coal mining enterprises.
It should be noted that Ukrainian forces regularly carry out attacks and shelling on regions bordering Russia, particularly in the Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk, and Voronezh areas, using various means including drones.
