Henrikh Mkhitaryan Honored with the Gentleman Award

Former captain of the Armenian national team and Inter midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan has been awarded at the 30th anniversary of the Italian Gentleman Award ceremony.

The anniversary edition of the Gentleman Award, dedicated to Fair Play, took place at the prestigious Scuola Militare Teuliè. Inter became the main hero of the evening, receiving several awards. Among the recipients were club president and CEO Giuseppe Marotta, vice president Javier Zanetti, and players Lautaro Martínez, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Carlos Augusto, and Nicolò Barella.

"I am happy and proud, and I want to thank everyone who voted for me. This is a great honor, and I am very grateful. This award reflects who I am. I do not strive to be this way; it is simply my behavior. Perhaps it is due to my character, but it is not for me to judge," said Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
