Trump Displeased: Israel Will Bear Responsibility for Strikes on Qatar

U.S. President Donald Trump has expressed that he is "not pleased" with the strikes carried out by Israel against Qatar. "We are not excited about it," said the U.S. president.

At the same time, he noted that he was not surprised by the developments. It should be added that the Israel Defense Forces initiated operation "Fire Heights" and targeted senior officials of the Palestinian Hamas movement.

Israeli authorities warned the United States and Qatar before striking the leaders of the movement in Qatar's capital. Netanyahu's office stated that Israel independently planned and executed the operation to eliminate Hamas leaders and takes full responsibility for it.

Meanwhile, U.S. President Donald Trump announced that he spoke with Netanyahu after Israel's strikes on Qatar, describing them as "accidental."
