Agnesa Khmoyan Reveals One of the Biggest Mistakes of Robert Kocharyan's Presidency

MP Agnesa Khmoyan from the 'Armenia' faction has stated that one of the biggest mistakes during Robert Kocharyan's presidency was appointing Armen Danielyan as a judge.

“One of the MPs mentioned that Armen Danielyan was appointed as a judge in 2002, during Robert Kocharyan's presidency. Yes, and I believe that one of Robert Kocharyan's greatest mistakes is that a person by the name of Armen Danielyan became a judge. I think he shares this perspective too,” she said.

Khmoyan also suggested appointing Armen Danielyan as Armenia's representative to the European Court of Human Rights: “Europe must recognize the most independent, impartial, and objective judge of the people’s court. And I will undoubtedly insist on this demand.”
