Earthquake in Russia
An earthquake has been recorded in the Kamchatka region of Russia. Tremors of up to 3 magnitude have been felt. This was reported to TASS by the geophysical service of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
According to specialists from the Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk seismic station, the earthquake of up to 3 magnitude was also felt in Severo-Kurilsk, located on Paramushir Island in the Sakhalin region.
Additionally, it was noted that earlier, an earthquake with a magnitude of 5.5 was recorded 271 kilometers away from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. The village of Pauzhetka is located in southern Kamchatka, where approximately 80 people reside.
