Zakharova Calls Kalas 'Uneducated'

The official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maria Zakharova, criticized the head of European diplomacy, Josep Borrell, over his statement that "the Chinese have remarkable skills in technology," but lag behind the Russians in social sciences.

"If Russia is not that strong in technology, who built the Crimean bridge? Who created the 'Oreshnik'?" Zakharova wrote on Telegram.

She described Kalas as "critically uneducated."
