Putin Dismisses Russian Ambassador in Turkey
Russian President Vladimir Putin has dismissed Alexey Erkhov from the position of Ambassador of Russia to Turkey. The corresponding decree was published on the official website of legal acts.
In another decision by the President of the Russian Federation, Oleg Malginov, the ambassador to Uzbekistan, was also relieved of his duties. Alexey Erkhov has been appointed in his place.
It is noteworthy that Erkhov has been Russia's ambassador in Turkey since June 19, 2017.
