Putin Declares Moscow the Best Location for Meeting with Zelensky

Russian President Vladimir Putin has named Moscow as the best place for a potential meeting with Vladimir Zelensky. This was reported by TASS.

“Next time, if someone really wants to meet with us, we are ready. The best place for that is the capital of the Russian Federation, the heroic city of Moscow,” the president said during the plenary session of the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF).

At the same time, he emphasized that Russia is ready to provide security guarantees to Zelensky and representatives from Kyiv if they decide to come to the Russian capital.

Earlier, following a press conference after his visit to China, Putin stated that he was willing to invite Zelensky to Moscow if he was open to a meeting. However, during a press conference with French President Emmanuel Macron, Zelensky rejected the Russian president's proposal.
