Israeli Army Declares Control Over 40% of Gaza

The Israeli Defense Forces have taken control of 40% of Gaza City and plan to expand military operations in the coming days, Army spokesman Efi Defrin announced on Thursday. This was reported by RIA Novosti.

“We control 40% of Gaza City. The operation will be expanded and activated in the coming days,” Defrin stated during a press briefing.

According to him, Israeli forces are conducting maneuvers in the Zaitoun area and on the outskirts of the Sheikh Radwan district inside Gaza.
