Zelensky: 'Putin Cannot Restore That, He Simply Won’t Have Time'

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has stated that Kyiv will not concede territory in exchange for peace. He also emphasized that they are not considering pausing the conflict on the front lines.

“Kyiv is not ready to use Ukraine's territory as an option for peace proposals,” he highlighted.

Zelensky expressed his conviction that Vladimir Putin will not be able to regain the influence that the Soviet Union once held. “I know everyone thinks that Putin has grand geopolitical ambitions, imperial aspirations, and so on. He wants 100 percent to restore the influence that the Soviet Union had. This is clear to us, but he will not restore it. He simply will not have the time,” Zelensky said.
