Dust Concentration in Armenian Cities Exceeds Permissible Limits

The Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center has reported the dust concentration in the atmosphere of Armenian cities for the period of August 24-30.

The concentration of dust in the atmospheric air has exceeded permissible limits. In the city of Vanadzor, areas adjacent to Heraci Street had exceedances on August 24 and 30, while areas around Vardanants Street exceeded on August 24. However, the adjacent area of Hratcuaryan Street did not exceed limits.

In Hrazdan city, the dust concentration exceeded limits for almost the entire week, whereas in Ararat city, it did not exceed permissible levels.
