Denmark to Start Producing Fuel for Ukrainian Long-Range Missiles
The Danish government announced today that it will begin producing fuel for missiles developed by a Ukrainian arms company within its territory. This marks the first instance of a Ukrainian defense company operating outside its national borders, according to Reuters.
The company in question is Fire Point, which manufactures Flamingo missiles. The new facility will be located next to the Skrydstrup Air Base, which houses the Royal Danish Air Force's F-16 fighter jets.
“This is a step that supports Ukraine's aspirations for security, independence, and, most importantly, peace,” said Danish Defense Minister Troels Lund Poulsen.
