Air Temperature in Armenia to Gradually Increase by 1-2 Degrees

The weather in the Republic of Armenia is expected to remain dry on September 2, the night of the 3rd, and the 5th-6th. After midday on September 3, as well as on the night and afternoon of the 4th, brief rain and thunderstorms are anticipated in certain regions. This information has been reported by the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center.

Air temperatures will gradually increase by 1-2 degrees on September 2, but will decrease by 5-8 degrees on September 3-4.

In Yerevan, dry weather is expected on September 2, the night of the 3rd, and the 5th-6th. Brief rain and thunderstorms are anticipated on the evening of September 3, and during the night and evening of the 4th. Thunderstorm conditions may bring gusty winds at speeds of 16-19 m/s.

A high fire hazard situation is expected throughout the republic, including in the capital, Yerevan.
