Fire Breaks Out in Apartment on Mari Street in Yerevan

On September 1 at 10:46 AM, the National Center for Crisis Management received a call reporting a fire in an apartment on the 10th floor of a building on Mari Street in Yerevan. This was confirmed by the Ministry of Emergency Situations fire rescue service.

Two firefighting units and one ladder truck from the Yerevan Fire Rescue Division were dispatched to the scene. The fire was contained by 11:16 AM and extinguished by 11:33 AM.

Household items, a couch, and a door were burned on the balcony of the apartment (approximately 5 square meters), but there were no injuries reported. Firefighters managed to prevent the fire from spreading to other rooms in the apartment.
