Mercedes Crashes into Iron Barriers and Falls into Lake Sevan, Injuries Reported

On June 30, an accident occurred in the Gegharkunik region. Around 5:30 AM, on the 4th kilometer of the Sevan-Martuni-Getap highway, a resident of Gegharkunik, 34-year-old Anushavan Garibyan, driving a Nissan vehicle, veered into the opposite traffic lane. As a result, a resident of Gegharkunik, 32-year-old Hrant Antonyan, in order to avoid a collision with his Mercedes vehicle, left the roadway, crashed into iron barriers, and fell into Lake Sevan.

According to shamshyan.com, as a result of the accident, a passenger in the Mercedes, 27-year-old Gagik Manukyan, also a resident of Gegharkunik, sought medical assistance at the 'Sevan' Medical Center due to bodily injuries.
