Armenia Must Carefully Weigh Choice Between EEU and EU: Overchuk

Armenia must weigh all factors before making a choice between the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) and the European Union (EU). This statement was made by Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Overchuk, as reported by TASS.

“Recently, Prime Minister Pashinyan said that it is impossible to be a member of both the EEU and the EU at the same time. And if such a decision is ever made, I am confident that it will be carefully weighed before making a choice,” said the Russian Deputy Prime Minister.

It is reminded that Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan earlier stated that Yerevan understands the impossibility of simultaneous membership in the EEU and the EU and that when the moment of inevitable choice comes, an appropriate decision will be made.
