All Decisions on Armenian-Azerbaijani Conflict Recognized as Invalid, Group Dissolved: Azerbaijani MFA

The Council of Ministers of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) has decided to close the OSCE Minsk Process and related structures. This was announced by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
"On September 1, 2025, the OSCE Council of Ministers decided to dissolve the OSCE Minsk Group and related structures. All previously adopted decisions regarding the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict within the OSCE framework have been recognized as invalid," the statement said.
It should be noted that the proposal to dissolve the structure was put forward by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
