US Aims to Preserve Ukraine's Territorial Integrity: Vice President Jay Dee Vance

The United States wants to ensure that Ukraine's territorial integrity is maintained within the framework of a potential peace agreement and prevent Russia from capturing the entire country. This was stated by US Vice President Jay Dee Vance in an interview with USA Today.

Vance mentioned that he and US President Donald Trump have had several useful conversations with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. “I believe that on this issue we have somewhat aligned approaches with President Zelensky, although we have some disagreements. We certainly want to protect Ukraine's territorial integrity. We do not want Russia to dominate the entire country. We also want the killings to stop,” Vance stated.

According to him, the war has reached a point where neither Russians nor Ukrainians are achieving significant results. “Now it is best for everyone, including the US, to stop the killings and bring everything to a peaceful resolution,” emphasized the Vice President.
