The People Will Have the Opportunity to Cut the Political Languages of Serzh Sargsyan and Robert Kocharian, Prime Minister

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated during a press briefing that the people will have the opportunity to completely cut the political languages of both Serzh Sargsyan and Robert Kocharian in the upcoming elections.

“Our people have shown Serzh Sargsyan his place through elections, Robert Kocharian his place, and Levon Ter-Petrosyan as well,” said Pashinyan.

“It should be noted that they are individuals who have never won any elections. Apart from Levon Ter-Petrosyan, who won once in 1991, to whom do they even have legitimacy and rights to compare themselves? Then you say there are arrests in Armenia and so on: those people who still have the right to speak in Armenia, the Armenian people blame me for that. When I travel to the regions and interact with people, the most frequent accusation against me is that they still exist in Armenian political life. I must justify myself before the Armenian people that the language of Serzh Sargsyan and Robert Kocharian still circulates in Armenia to say anything, but I believe that in the upcoming elections our people will have the opportunity to finally cut and uproot the political languages of Serzh Sargsyan and Robert Kocharian. Moreover, I believe this should happen through political means, it should happen in a civilized way, and we have nothing to do with legal processes,” noted Pashinyan.
