“Today, in response to a journalist's observation that the Government has recorded a position stating that the arbitration court's decision regarding the HEK is binding, Pashinyan noted, 'Whoever has expressed such a position should write an application and leave. I am the Government; no one can have an opinion contrary to mine. If there are such people in the Government, let them write applications and leave. Otherwise, I will remove them.'”
