Russia and Ukraine Exchange Prisoners

An exchange of prisoners has taken place between Russia and Ukraine. A total of 146 servicemen have returned to Russia, while the same number has been handed over to Ukraine. Additionally, eight residents from the Kursk region, who were illegally detained by the Kyiv regime, have been returned.

The United Arab Emirates has facilitated humanitarian mediation efforts for the return of the Russian servicemen from captivity.
