I am hopeful that peace will soon prevail in Ukraine: Pashinyan's letter to Zelensky

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has sent a congratulatory message to the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, on the occasion of the state holiday—Independence Day.

“Warm congratulations on the occasion of Ukraine’s state holiday—Independence Day. The foundation of the relations between Armenia and Ukraine is the centuries-old friendship and mutual respect of our two peoples. Armenia is interested in the development of mutually beneficial relations with Ukraine.

I am hopeful that peace will soon prevail in Ukraine, and under stable conditions, we will manage to give new momentum to the further development of interstate relations between Armenia and Ukraine based on mutual respect, to the benefit of our peoples.

Taking this opportunity, I wish you, Your Excellency, good health and success, and to the friendly people of Ukraine—everlasting peace and stability,” the message states.
