Reuters Reveals Putin's Demands Regarding Ukraine

Reuters has uncovered the demands of Russian President Vladimir Putin regarding Ukraine, which he presented during the Alaska summit. According to agency sources, Putin's new proposal insists on the full withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from the areas under his control in Donbas.

In return, Moscow is reportedly willing to freeze the current frontline positions in Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions. Additionally, Russia is ready to concede small territories in Ukraine's Kharkiv, Sumy, and Dnipropetrovsk regions, which it currently controls.

Putin remains committed to a legally binding obligation for Ukraine to abandon its aspirations to join NATO, and to the commitment that the U.S.-led military alliance will not expand eastward. He also demands restrictions for the Ukrainian military and an agreement that no Western forces will be deployed in Ukraine as part of peacekeeping operations.
