Putin Ready to Meet with Zelensky, Rubio Says

Russian President Vladimir Putin has agreed to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. This was stated by U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

He added that one of the security guarantees for Ukraine following the war will be international agreements, not only with the U.S. but also with NATO alliance countries.

According to him, Washington is already negotiating with several European and non-European states, and some of them have expressed a willingness to conclude such agreements.
