Aliyev Makes Statements Based on Azerbaijan's Positions

According to Aliyev, Azerbaijan is the author of the peace treaty with Armenia, and the basis of the document is Azerbaijan's positions. “The preliminary signing of this document effectively puts an end to the confrontation between Azerbaijan and Armenia. At the same time, land connectivity with our historic region of Nakhchivan has also been ensured,” he stated.

It is noteworthy that earlier, Aliyev stated that the value of weapons transferred to the Armenian Armed Forces from abroad amounts to approximately 5-6 billion dollars. “Of course, Armenia did not have the means to purchase that much weaponry,” he remarked.
