Zakharova Evaluates Trump's Meeting with EU Leaders in One Sentence

The meeting of EU leaders with US President Donald Trump was shameful for Europe. This opinion was expressed live by Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry.

“Europe was told that in your homeland, on your continent, which has been entrusted to you not just today but by your ancestors, it would be good if you at least established some order,” said Zakharova.

It is reminded that on August 18, a meeting took place at the White House between Trump, Zelensky, and the European leaders. Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, and NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, French President Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, and Finnish President Alexander Stubb arrived in Washington.
