Trump Evaluates Relations with Putin

U.S. President Donald Trump stated in an interview with Fox News that despite his good relations with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin, concrete results are necessary to resolve the conflict in Ukraine.

“I called President Putin, we have good relations, but that matters only if we achieve something. Otherwise, I am not interested in our relations,” he said.

According to the American leader, he initially thought it would be easier to end the Ukrainian crisis than to resolve other conflicts, but today the most challenging aspect has been the search for a resolution to the conflict in Eastern Europe.
