Ghazinyan Files New Lawsuit Against Electric Networks of Armenia

The former acting director of the Electric Networks of Armenia, David Ghazinyan, has filed a new lawsuit against the company. According to information available in the 'Dat lex' judicial information system, Ghazinyan demands that Electric Networks of Armenia be obliged to present the amendments made to its charter on July 14, 2025, for state registration. Additionally, he seeks to be reinstated as the acting director and to clarify the boundaries of authority between the acting head of the executive body of the company and the temporary manager.

The lawsuit has been assigned to Judge Ani Mikayelyan of the Yerevan Civil Court.
