Both Sides Will Have to Make Some Concessions: Rubio

Both Ukraine and Russia will have to make concessions in order to achieve peace. This statement was made by U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

“Each side will have to make some concessions. And it is clear that part of that conversation will be the issue of territory or where the borders will be drawn, where the war will end. Essentially, neither side is going to get 100% here,” he said.

Rubio also noted that this will not be easy, but it is the only way to put an end to the war.
