Trump's Approval Rating Increases After Meeting with Putin
The approval rating of U.S. President Donald Trump has increased by nearly 10% among Americans following his meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Alaska, according to the results of a study conducted by InsiderAdvantage.
The survey, conducted from August 15-17, indicates that 54% of respondents expressed approval for Trump’s performance as president. Meanwhile, 44% were dissatisfied with his work, and 2% were undecided regarding their opinions.
In the previous survey conducted on July 22-23, only 50% of respondents approved of the U.S. president's job performance, 48% expressed dissatisfaction, and 2% refrained from responding.
Thus, in the new survey, Trump’s net approval rating stands at 10%, compared to just 2% in the prior one.
