Pezeshkian Holds Consultations on Agreement Between Yerevan and Baku
The President of Iran, Masoud Pezeshkian, has announced that his upcoming visits to Armenia and Belarus will focus on enhancing the role of Iranian private companies and advancing previously reached agreements, particularly in joint investment projects.
According to the President's official website, discussions have centered on key areas including energy, transport, trade, investments, healthcare, environment, science, culture, and tourism for potential cooperation.
Officials outlined primary issues and opportunities for collaboration and discussed strategies for addressing them. The recent agreement regarding transportation corridors between Armenia and Azerbaijan was also considered, emphasizing the protection of Iran's national interests.
The meeting also addressed upcoming agreements and memorandums of understanding between Iran and Armenia, as well as Iran and Belarus, aimed at their timely implementation.
