I Apologize to All of You. Pashinyan Makes a Statement
Armenia's Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan wrote: "The Corruption Prevention Commission of the Republic of Armenia has recorded violations of the code of conduct in my speech concerning two well-known incidents. Dear people, despite not fully agreeing with the assessments of the decisions, I apologize to all of you.
To be precise, I emphasize that my apology pertains to two specific expressions, regarding which the Commission has made a decision. The objective of reaffirming the political, spiritual, and moral principles associated with those expressions, and my unwavering will to realize this goal with the support of the people, is vital for the political, legal, and spiritual security of the Republic of Armenia.
In the agenda of spiritual renewal, I must accept my shortcomings and better manage my emotions. In the context of political and state renewal, tolerance and respect for state and democratic institutions are important, which I thus demonstrate."
