Zelensky Rejects Putin's Proposal: Details

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, has rejected Putin's demand in a conversation with Trump and European leaders, according to Reuters. He has refused to hand over Donbas.

It should be noted that Russian President Vladimir Putin proposed to freeze the front in Zaporizhia and Kherson regions in exchange for the withdrawal of Ukrainian forces from Donetsk.

The American side has received the impression that Putin is open to negotiations regarding Sumy and Kharkiv regions.
