The U.S. is ready to participate in ensuring Ukraine's security within the framework of a future peace agreement regarding NATO's identification matters. However, Trump is not contemplating the distribution of American troops in the country. Negotiations on this issue are being conducted by U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Vice President Jay D. Vance with Ukrainian officials, including Andriy Yermak, head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
