Trump and Putin Arrive at Anchorage Military Base
U.S. President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin have arrived at the Anchorage military base. Putin and Trump will not meet face-to-face as initially announced.
The negotiations will be held in a "three-on-three" format, where the American side will be represented by Trump, Rubio, and Whitcoff, while Putin will be accompanied by Lavrov and Ushakov. The latter have already disembarked from the aircraft.
The leaders have entered the U.S. presidential vehicle, chatted for a few minutes, and departed from Elmendorf Air Force Base.
