Kellogg's Absence in Alaska Talks Raises Concerns
The U.S. special envoy for Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, will not attend the upcoming summit between U.S. President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin, set to take place in Alaska. This was reported by CNN.
Kellogg's absence is attributed to his perceived strong loyalty to Kyiv, which could complicate negotiations. European diplomats are worried, noting that he has a better understanding than others of what Ukraine might agree to.
It is expected that he will be included in future negotiations involving the U.S., Russia, and Ukraine.
