Gold Continues to Rise in Value

The price of gold has increased amid a weakening dollar and declining yields on U.S. government bonds. This is confirmed by trading data. On the New York Comex exchange, the price of December gold futures rose by $6.67, or 0.2%, compared to the previous closing, reaching $3,389.87 per troy ounce.
September silver futures have also increased by 0.04%, reaching $38.085 per ounce.
