Defense Ministry Denies Azerbaijani Army Advancements Towards Jermuk

The spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense of Armenia has addressed recent media inquiries on Facebook, saying: "In response to media queries, misinformation continues to circulate in the press and social networks regarding the 'advancements of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces towards Jermuk.' An attempt is being made to create the impression that there have been positional changes in terms of advancements, which, however, does not correspond to reality.

We call on everyone to refrain from spreading false and unverified information. The Ministry of Defense has provided comprehensive responses to relevant media inquiries, both verbally and in writing, refuting these and similar false reports. We urge our media partners in Armenia to avoid participating in information attacks against the Republic of Armenia."
