Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan has sent a letter from the "Yerevan-Center" penitentiary located in the NSS building.

"For the destruction of the enemy starting from tomorrow… Let my writing be considered an open letter to the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia, the head of the investigative committee, and the authorities of the law enforcement system. About a month ago, I demanded to publish the complete version of the notorious 'Gyulel' recording. You did nothing. Moreover, you declared that they are neither edited nor forged. Now that the preliminary investigation is completed (oh surprise, the preliminary investigation of a terrorist case of the century is completed in one month), my lawyer Hovhannes Khudoyan handled this case. The picture is very clear and obvious: the so-called recording is FORGED, edited, taken out of context, and has absolutely no connection to your statements and accusations related to the PASH group.

Now, a direct question to you, Madam Prosecutor General: a) Do you acknowledge that this entire presentation is forged? b) Are you ready to at least apologize publicly or personally for your incompetent attitude, which I would say reflects a politicized and instructed behavior that you have demonstrated both in parliament and through public television and media? c) I will not yet comment on your behavior in parliament regarding the 'burning of buses'.

I have a revelation, so it won’t be a surprise—I know that you will not respond to my previous queries. In any case, we will resort to all possible legal measures in the appropriate instances to hold accountable those who organized this disgrace. It is verily true that the prayer speaks, and this entire affair will be 'For the destruction of the enemy starting from tomorrow...'. Victory has no alternative...
