Strengthening Relations with Neighboring Countries is a Priority for Iran
Strengthening relations with neighboring countries, particularly those in the Eurasian region, is a priority for Iran. This was stated by Iran's First Vice President Mohammad-Reza Arif.
He noted that participating in and delivering a speech at the meeting of the Prime Ministers of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) in Kyrgyzstan is one of the main objectives of his two-day visit.
Iran was granted observer status in the EAEU last year, with the consent of the five member countries: Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Russia.
